Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Glenkirs Video Publish ("the Application", "we", "us") accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you connect your TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit (OAuth) and the TikTok Content Posting API.
Application home page: https://tt.resello.ru/. This policy applies to the developer application Glenkirs Video Publish listed on TikTok for Developers.
1. Summary
Glenkirs Video Publish is a local desktop tool for a single content creator. Video processing, OAuth tokens, and account settings are stored on your computer. We do not operate a multi-user cloud service and do not collect data from users who have not authorized the Application through TikTok.
2. TikTok user data we access
When you authorize the Application through TikTok OAuth, we may receive and store the following information, depending on the scopes you approve:
- OAuth tokens - access and refresh tokens needed to maintain your authorized connection.
- Basic account identifiers (
user.info.basic) - open_id and related identifiers to link your TikTok account in the local admin UI. - Profile information (
user.info.profile) - display name, username, and bio text (read-only) shown in the admin panel. - Profile statistics (
user.info.stats) - follower count, following count, likes count, and public video count (read-only) for analytics in the admin panel. - Published video content - video files and metadata you explicitly choose to upload when you click Publish (Content Posting API:
video.uploadfile transfer andvideo.publishDirect Post).
We do not request your TikTok password. Sign-in and consent happen on TikTok's website.
3. API scopes and permissions
The Application requests these TikTok scopes:
user.info.basic- identify the connected TikTok account in the local admin interface.user.info.profile- display username and bio (read-only); we do not modify your TikTok profile through the API.user.info.stats- display read-only profile statistics (followers, following, likes, public videos) for account analytics in the admin UI.video.upload- upload the MP4 file you selected to TikTok servers (Content Posting API, chunked file transfer) when you click Publish.video.publish- publish the uploaded video to your TikTok profile (Direct Post, including title, caption, and privacy level).
We request only scopes required for these features. You can grant or deny individual scopes on TikTok's consent screen.
4. How we use TikTok user data
We use TikTok user data only to provide the Application's features:
- Display which TikTok account is connected and show read-only profile stats in the local admin interface.
- Publish videos only when you click Publish in the Application.
- Maintain your OAuth connection until you disconnect or revoke access.
We do not use TikTok user data for:
- Targeted, personalized, or retargeted advertising
- Selling, renting, or licensing data to data brokers or third parties
- Building marketing databases or user profiles unrelated to the Application
- Credit-worthiness or lending decisions
- Training machine learning or artificial intelligence models
5. How we store data
OAuth tokens and account settings are saved locally on your device, for example under data/tiktok/accounts/<slug>/token.json. Source videos and rendered clips are processed and stored locally until you publish or delete them.
We do not upload OAuth tokens or TikTok profile data to a remote server operated by us.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade TikTok user data.
We disclose information only as follows:
- TikTok - when you use OAuth, read profile fields, or publish videos, data is transmitted to TikTok as required by the TikTok for Developers APIs and your actions in the Application. See the TikTok Privacy Policy and TikTok Terms of Service.
We do not share TikTok user data with advertisers, analytics resellers, or other third parties for their independent use.
7. Video content
When you publish, video files are transmitted to TikTok using the Content Posting API according to TikTok's policies and Community Guidelines.
8. Data retention and deletion
TikTok-related data stored locally remains on your device until you:
- Disconnect the account in the local admin UI,
- Revoke the Application's access in your TikTok account settings (see TikTok Settings → Security → Manage app permissions),
- Delete local token and configuration files on your computer, or
- Contact us at kirichyn.93@mail.ru for guidance on deleting locally stored data.
After revocation, the Application can no longer access your TikTok account. Videos already published to TikTok remain on TikTok until you delete them in the TikTok app.
9. Your rights
You can disconnect the Application at any time using the steps above. To exercise privacy rights available in your jurisdiction (such as access or deletion requests), contact us at kirichyn.93@mail.ru. Because primary data is stored on your device, you can also delete local files directly.
10. Security
We protect TikTok user data using the following measures:
- OAuth tokens are stored only on your local device, not on a shared cloud backend operated by us.
- Communication with TikTok APIs uses HTTPS (TLS).
- The local admin interface is intended to run on
127.0.0.1on your computer and is not exposed as a public signup service. - API credentials and token files should be protected with your operating system access controls.
You are responsible for securing your computer, network, and credentials. Do not share Client Key, Client Secret, or OAuth tokens with unauthorized parties.
11. Children
The Application is not directed at children under 13. TikTok's minimum age requirements and policies apply to connected accounts.
